Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course

This certificate course is conducted over 3 consecutive days. The Six Sigma Green Belt course focuses on providing students with an understanding of the methodology of Six Sigma. This class teaches the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) process with the associated inputs, tools, techniques, and outputs of each phase.

Six Sigma is a structured approach to product and process improvement. Improving market share, improving product features, improving production efficiency, and removing waste are only a few of the topics discussed during the three day training. Metrics are an important part of Six Sigma, learn how a data driven program can assist you with goals and performance measurement. Vision and Strategy of the organization is supported by Six Sigma tools and techniques.

Learning the tools of Six Sigma will enhance the vision of the participant. The student will look at his current position in the business as a producer of products and not a cog in a production wheel.  Each participant will receive Workbook, Case study, and Role Play documents as well as a hard copy Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. There is a short exam covering all course material on the last day of class.
